    I am a dedicated sound healing practitioner, mentor and breath-worker. I am the co-founder of Obsidian Retreats and have led multiple transformative international retreats focused on personal growth and transformation.

    I discovered Sound Healing at a time in my life when I was consumed in darkness. After personally experiencing the healing that Sound Frequencies had, such as restoring harmony in my nervous system, profound emotional releases, and eliminating my panic attacks, I knew I have found my purpose in life.

    With over 300+ sound healing sessions conducted worldwide and a growing community of trained sound healing practitioners, I am deeply attuned to my craft.
